About Sam

Samantha Wong graduated from Queen’s University with a B.Sc. (Gen.) in life sciences; and the University of Manitoba with a B.Comm. (Hons), specializing in supply chain management and logistics; as well as an MBA, specializing in international business, lean management, and management consulting. She completed her law degree at Robson Hall Faculty of Law and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2018.

Upon graduating law school, she worked at a mid-sized law firm for several years, serving as the head of the residential real estate and wills and estates departments, as well as maintaining a healthy litigation practice, specializing in child protection trials. She has appeared before the Court of King’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Manitoba. (Fun fact: a decision from one of her trials was the very first King’s Bench decision in Canada, following Queen Elizabeth’s passing.)

While Sam has worked with many buyers on repeat transactions, she truly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, as she understands that this process can be nerve-wracking and stressful. Her main goal is to make this process as easy as possible so that you can focus on what matters: making your home yours!

Sam is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. She is also a member of the Real Property Section and the Young Lawyers Section Executive with the Manitoba Bar Association.

When she is not working, she enjoys circus arts, such as aerial silks, hoop, and pole; volleyball; and reading. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Opportunities for Independence, a not-for-profit charitable organization that works with youth and adults who live with intellectual disabilities and/or Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), most of whom who have come in conflict with the law. Sam is thrilled to be a part of Castellano Law and is practicing in residential real estate and wills and estates!
